Snap the class notes, and the whole family sees the school events
Your kids' tests, field trips, payments and things to bring: take a photo of the class notes or the school calendar, and AI turns it into events. Every family member's phone updates in sync, and you get a reminder the night before.
Getting started
- Organizer: open the app, tap "Create a Family (I'm the organizer)", and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Invite your family: add members on the Family tab, then tap a member to show a QR code for joining. Family members open the app on their own phones and tap "Scan a QR Code to Join".
- Add events: on the Add tab you can take a photo, pick a screenshot from Photos, use Speak, or type it in.
FAQ
What if the AI reads something wrong?
Before anything is added, every draft is listed next to its original text, and one tap lets you edit it. Items the AI is unsure about start unselected.
The photo didn't capture the whole page?
After taking the photo you'll see the "Adjust Crop" screen. Drag the four corners to the edges of the paper, or choose "Whole Photo".
Why is an event a family member deleted still there?
When a family member who isn't the organizer deletes an event, it is first crossed out until the organizer confirms the deletion or keeps it. This prevents accidental deletions.
The organizer has a new phone?
On the new phone, tap "I'm the organizer and have a new phone" and sign in with the same Apple Account to get your family back.
Don't want to see ads?
When any family member subscribes with "Support the Developer — No Ads for the Family" on the Family tab, ads disappear from every device in the family. You can cancel anytime in the App Store.
Which devices can read with AI?
You need an iPhone or iPad that supports Apple Intelligence. On other devices you can still add events by hand.
How do I delete my data?
Family members can leave the family on the Family tab; the organizer can delete the whole family, which permanently deletes all of its data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
